Quebec, Ottawa and Boulder Colorado, March 6th, 2013 – TeraXion, a leader in optical components and modules, is pleased to announce the acquisition of COGO Optronics Canadian Subsidiary along with critical intellectual property assets. Woodside Capital Partners acted as the exclusive advisers to this transaction.

"This additional building block will accelerate the development of our photonic integration products roadmap where performance, size and power consumption are key requirements", said Martin Guy, V-P Product Management and CTO at TeraXion.
